Top Tee Golf Ltd Booking Terms & Conditions


1. Introduction and Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, "the Company" refers to Top Tee Golf Ltd and its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as “the Venue" "Guest" denotes the individual who made the booking and their invitees or participants. "Rules" signify the terms and conditions set forth herein. By booking, Guests agree to adhere to these Rules, which may be modified by the Company at any time without prior notice. These Rules are established for the mutual enjoyment of all Guests and their invitees, and enforcement ensures a pleasant experience for everyone.


2. Guests and Fees

Any guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. The person making the initial booking must be 18 years of age or older. All bookings must be paid in full before you attend. The Company reserves the right to decline any booking. Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. If fees are unpaid, the Company may deny access to the Venue until payment is received. Bookings are provisional until full payment is made. Cancellations due to public health emergencies or government actions are treated as cancellations, but payments can be credited towards a future event within 12 months.


3. Guest Entry

Guests/Person whom made the booking must register at the reception/bar area on arrival with valid ID and their booking confirmation. You can have up to 8 players on a bay at anyone time. Guests must be at least 18 years old or otherwise accompanied by an adult. The Company is not responsible for providing services to groups of players larger than 8 per bay without prior written agreement. Admission may be refused without explanation.


4. Use of Facilities and Services

Venue hours are set by the Company and may change without notice. The Venue may close parts of its premises for repairs, events, or holidays. Only authorised personnel may provide golf coaching. Guests should arrive 5 minutes before their booking. Late arrivals may result in reduced or canceled booking times. Proper attire and footwear are required. Pets are not allowed without prior approval. Smoking is prohibited. Only food and drinks purchased at the Venue may be consumed on the premises. Drugs are not permitted, and intoxicated Guests may be denied entry or asked to leave. Mobile phones should be used considerately. The Venue property must not be removed, and bays should be kept tidy. CCTV is in operation at all times.


5. Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage to Venue property caused by themselves or their invitees, excluding damage to golf balls, tees.


6. Liability

The Venue and the Company are not liable for damage or loss of personal property. Activities are undertaken at Guests' own risk. The Venue is not liable for personal injuries unless caused by wilful act, neglect, or default by the Company or its agents. Accidents or injuries must be reported immediately to a member of staff.


7. Guest Health and Safety Warranty

Guests must ensure they are fit for activities and consult a doctor if necessary. Guests should not use the facilities if they have any contagious or infectious conditions. Guests MUST familiarise yourself with fire exits and emergency routes.


8. Data Protection

Refer to the Company's Privacy Notice for details on data collection, storage, and handling.


9. Cancellation of Booking

Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing. Unpaid fees result in access denial until payment is made. Cancellations due to public health emergencies, such as COVID, are treated as such, with payments credited towards future events within 12 months. The Company can suspend or withdraw privileges for misconduct without reimbursement. Management has complete authority over the Venue, and immediate expulsion can occur for detrimental conduct.


10. Standard Complaints Procedure

Comments or complaints should be made via email or the website. Ensure contact details are included. We aim to respond to any complaint within 48 hours. Issues can also be discussed with Venue management directly during your visit.



Top Tee Golf Ltd Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction and Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, "the Company" refers to Top Tee Golf Ltd and its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as "the Venue." "Member" denotes a Venue Member. "Rules" signify the terms and conditions set forth herein. Membership requires payment of fees and adherence to these Rules, which may be modified by the Company at any time without prior notice. The Rules are established for the mutual enjoyment of all Members and their guests, ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone.


2. Membership and Fees

Members must be at least 18 years old. Membership payments are due monthly in advance and are collected via Direct Debit from a UK bank account. Members must provide up-to-date contact details. Membership fees are reviewed annually, with changes notified via email one month in advance. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Partner or Family memberships require proof of joint residence. Unpaid membership fees results in denied access to member benefits. Membership can be terminated for unpaid amounts after due notice. Terminated memberships can be reactivated by clearing dues and paying any administration or late payment fees.

When signing up to a membership you are entering a 12 month contract between Top Tee Golf and yourself. Although the term of the agreement is 12 months you agree to a minimum term of three months after which you then go on to a monthly rolling contract for the remainder of the 12 months. Top Tee Golf accept that a membership option may not be for everyone, and allow a member to give 30 days notice to terminate their membership after the initial minimum term of three months. Notice can be given 30 days prior to the end of the three month minimum term.


3. Membership Cards

Members receive membership cards. Cards are non-transferable and must not be used by others unless the member is present at the venue. Lost cards will incur a replacement fee. of £5. Cards may be retained for unpaid fees.


4. Invitees/Member Guests Entry

Members may bring guests/invitees who can also use the member benefits during their visit. Members can bring up to 7 guests per visit unless prior arrangements are made. Members must ensure guests adhere to the Venue Rules. Admission may be refused without explanation.

10. Cancellation of Membership


Members can cancel their membership at any time with 30 days notice after the initial 3 month period. No refund will be made in respect of payments received for memberships if the member cancels their membership. Verbal instructions are not accepted. Monthly fees are non-refundable. Membership can be suspended or withdrawn for misconduct without reimbursement. Management has complete authority over the Venue, and immediate expulsion can occur for detrimental conduct.


11. Freezing Membership

Requests to freeze membership are at the Venue’s discretion and require 7 days' notice. An admin fee may apply. Freezes can be extended or amended in writing. Billing resumes automatically after the freeze period. Membership must be active to serve notice of cancellation.

Members and their guests should submit comments or complaints via email or the website. Include contact details for follow-up. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Issues can also be discussed with the Venue management through directly during your visit.
